4. SMS offers and unsubscribing

These providers are based outside Japan (for example in the EU and the US), and your information may be handled on their servers.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not give your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows or requires it.
7. How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require after the order is handed over, then deleted. Records of SMS consent and unsubscribing are kept for the period the law requires.
8. Security
We take the necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss and leaks, including access restrictions, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and staff training.
9. Your requests
